The IESL Lab Safety Seminar intends to provide IESL members with laboratory safety training IN ADDITION to that provided by the PI in each lab. The seminar covers general lab safety including lasers, chemicals, fire, electrical and cryo safety.

The online seminar is updated once a year (around October/November). We encourage all IESL members, old and new, to watch it.
Seminar slides of recent and past seminars are also available.
“Live” seminars, on specific safety topics, will commence again when COVID situation permits it.
The seminar language is Greek (if all attendees speak Greek) or English (if even one of the attendees does not speak Greek).
